正式名称は「Trousers,Field,Cotton,O.D.」。M-43フィールドパンツとの違いは、オフセットループではない点、サイドアジャスターの向き。カーゴポケットがない為、人気のあるM-51やM-65と比べ大人っぽく履くことができます。太さはしっかりあります。
